What is required on Qlik Cloud

To setup the soltion an account with access to all the content that is desired to backup is required. We recommend that a dedicated service account is used. The Account needs the developer right as a minimum. For restore functionality additional roles is reguired.

Is multiple tenants supported

Yes multiple tenant is supported if it is included in your plan. 

Where is my data stored?

You have two options

1. Bring your own storage, in which case the data is store in your storage. 

2. Use included storage (if included in the plan), then the data is store encrypted in our infrasture

How does is function

You define a scheduale that you would like to have your data backuped and define what should be backuped on one scheduale.

The tool will than automatically backup the content based on these settings.

It is possbile to create multiple sceheduals, depending on th eplan

Is onpremise supported

It is planned to support the backup of on-premise Qlik Sense H2 2023.  Further details will be release when that feature is closer to release
